Actor, director, trainer, and mentor Ravi Mohan has been associated with theatre and media for over 25 years. In 2002, along with his father, Mr. Ras Bihari Ji, he founded his own cultural group, Ras Kala Manch, Safidon, and established his identity as a young director across the country.

Ravi Mohan has directed 36 plays so far and has performed as the lead actor in 15 productions. Although he pursued a short research program in History at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, he gives full credit for his professional theatre journey to Mrs. Dolly Ahluwalia Tiwari and Mr. Kamal Tiwari. He considers himself deeply indebted to them.

It was under their mentorship that he gained the opportunity to understand the deeper nuances of theatre through workshops conducted by Sangeet Natak Akademi, Delhi and the National School of Drama, Delhi, where he trained under senior theatre experts.

He has also been awarded a Junior Fellowship for two years by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
