Dr. Ruchi Bhardwaj is a distinguished educator and compassionate social worker. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of English at the Government College, Safidon. She has earned her Ph.D. in Education, conducting notable research on the plays of acclaimed dramatist Girish Karnad.

Dr. Ruchi is not only an active contributor in the field of education but also actively participates in various social and religious initiatives. She has voluntarily adopted blood donation and social work as her personal responsibility. She supports economically weaker children not just in education but also aids in their emotional and psychological development through counseling.

She has been an active member of Ras Kala Manch for the past 20 years, playing a key role in the organization’s intellectual and cultural journey.
