Actor, director, trainer and mentor Ravi Mohan has been associated with theatre and media for over 30 years. In 2002, he along with his father Mr. Ras Bihari ji started his own cultural group called Ras Kala Manch, Safidon and made his identity as a young director across the country. Ravi Mohan has so far directed 50 plays and acted as lead actor in 15 plays. Despite doing short research in history from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, he gives full credit to Mrs. Dolly Ahluwalia Tiwari and Mr. Kamal Tiwari, for coming to theater professionally, and he considers himself indebted to them, because of which he has shown his colors He got an opportunity to learn the nuances of theater from Li and senior color teachers in drama workshops organized by Shiksha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Delhi and National School of Drama, Delhi. He has received Junior Fellowship and senior Felloship for 2 years from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
