Raso Utsav – Theatre That Travels, Stories That Stay

A travelling cultural festival by Ras kala Manch, hosted beyond Safidon.

Raso Utsav is a special theatre festival featuring productions by the artists of Ras Kala Manch, Safidon Rangmandal, organized outside the city of Safidon. Whenever a group of Ras Kala Manch plays is staged collectively beyond its home ground, it is recognized as a Raso Utsav. The festival typically spans 3 to 5 days, and is hosted in partnership with universities, colleges, theatre groups, government bodies, and cultural organizations.
The primary goal of Raso Utsav is to take culturally rooted theatre beyond one location and offer meaningful performances to wider audiences — with sincerity, structure, and shared responsibility.
