Chalo Theatre is the largest and most recognized annual national theatre festival of Haryana, curated and hosted by Ras Kala Manch, Safidon. Since its inception in 2010, this festival has brought together the finest theatre productions, meaningful performances, and renowned personalities from across India.
Each year, seven powerful productions are selected after a careful screening process, while some acclaimed productions are invited on an honorary basis. The event has hosted legendary artists like Tom Alter, Seema Biswas, Rakesh Bedi, Sudhir Pandey, Manav Kaul, Kumud Mishra, Dadi Padumjee, and many others who have enriched the festival with their presence.
Chalo Theatre is not just a festival — it is a movement that brings theatre to the forefront of cultural conversation in Haryana and beyond.
