Ras Rang Samman is a prestigious honour presented by Ras Kala Manch to nationally and internationally renowned artists for their exceptional contributions in the fields of theatre and cinema. The awards were first introduced in 2010, beginning with just two recognitions. Today, the number has grown to nine distinguished honours presented each year.
These awards are conferred in memory of legendary theatre personalities who reached the pinnacle of artistic excellence and continue to serve as a source of inspiration for future generations. Every year, nine eminent theatre figures from across India are honoured with the Ras Rang Samman, which includes a certificate of excellence, a shawl, and a cash prize of ₹11,000.
